The thermoforming machine TM 420 is a fully automatic machine, built entirely with stainless steel frame and guards that make it sturdy and reliable.
It is designed for forming food trays by thermal molding and equipped with dedicated compartment for packaging by heat sealing.
Unwinding and rewinding of the top film and is done in an automated manner by integrated motorized roller ensuring accuracy in film centering.
You can program the amount of film to be unwound via PLC for more control over waste.
The diagnostic system enables fast and precise control of machine functions.

Unwinding of both lower and upper reels is controlled by the tensioning arm ensuring proper positioning of the film in the drive chains.
Pneumatically expanding reel holder arms simplify reel change operations

The mechanical feed rate is controlled by an ultra-high performance brushless motor drive
Work cycles can be programmed specifically for each product, ensuring that more than 100,000 different programs can be stored.
